resolution adopted by the Hong Kong

Legislative Council on the 1st June,

1938, to the effect that the

resolution of Council adopted on 2nd

August, 1902, requiring pensions to

be paid in England from the Widows'

and Orphans' Pension Fund at 3/- to

the dollar shall not apply to any

pension granted after 1st June, 1938.
